Spinach With Cream And Melted Cheese

Ingredients

- 4 bunches fresh spinach, washed and dried
- 2 cups sauce
- 1/3 cup gruyere, cheese grated
- butter
- paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 place spinach in salted boiling water and add some pepper. cover and cook 3 minutes.
- 2 cool spinach under cold running water, drain and squeeze leaves dry, and chop.
- 3 butter baking dish and add chopped spinach. dab with a bit of butter. season with salt and pepper and paprika.
- 4 pour light sauce over spinach, and sprinkle with cheese. broil 10 minutes in oven.
- 5 serve hot.
