Spinach With Cream And Melted Cheese

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 bunches fresh spinach, washed and dried
  • 2 cups sauce
  • 1/3 cup gruyere, cheese grated
  • butter
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 place spinach in salted boiling water and add some pepper. cover and cook 3 minutes.
  • 2 cool spinach under cold running water, drain and squeeze leaves dry, and chop.
  • 3 butter baking dish and add chopped spinach. dab with a bit of butter. season with salt and pepper and paprika.
  • 4 pour light sauce over spinach, and sprinkle with cheese. broil 10 minutes in oven.
  • 5 serve hot.
