Ingredients

- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped black olives
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup italian dressing
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients into a bowl and stir until well mixed.
- 2 cover and chill in refrigerator for at least and hour before serving.
- 3 tastes best if you refrigerate for a couple of hours prior to serving.
- 4 serve with tortilla chips.
