Strawberry Marbled Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 6 ounces graham cracker pie crust
- strawberry, as needed
- 10 ounces frozen sliced strawberries in syrup, thawed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 cheesecake.
- 2 preheat oven to 350ºf.
- 3 beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with elecric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- 4 add eggs, mix until blended.
- 5 pour half of mixture into graham pie crust.
- 6 spoon in strawberry preserves or strawberry syrup mixture.
- 7 cover with remaining batter and repeat.
- 8 swirl with the end of a knife to create "marbled" look.
- 9 bake 30-40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- 10 cool at room temperature.
- 11 store in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
- 12 strawberry syrup.
- 13 puree strawberries and cornstarch in blender.
- 14 heat in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened, let cool.
