Strawberry Marbled Cheesecake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 ounces graham cracker pie crust
  • strawberry, as needed
  • 10 ounces frozen sliced strawberries in syrup, thawed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 cheesecake.
  • 2 preheat oven to 350ºf.
  • 3 beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with elecric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • 4 add eggs, mix until blended.
  • 5 pour half of mixture into graham pie crust.
  • 6 spoon in strawberry preserves or strawberry syrup mixture.
  • 7 cover with remaining batter and repeat.
  • 8 swirl with the end of a knife to create "marbled" look.
  • 9 bake 30-40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  • 10 cool at room temperature.
  • 11 store in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
  • 12 strawberry syrup.
  • 13 puree strawberries and cornstarch in blender.
  • 14 heat in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened, let cool.
