Super Creamy Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
- 3 ounces smoked provolone cheese (3 slices)
Recipe
- 1 boil macaroni until tender.
- 2 tear provolone in pieces and set aside.
- 3 mix flour, salt, mustard, and pepper and set aside.
- 4 once macaroni is in colander, melt butter in pot.
- 5 add flour mix and cook for a minute or so.
- 6 add milk and bring to a boil.
- 7 add cheeses and stir until smooth.
- 8 add macaroni back into the pot and stir. serve immediately.
