Ingredients
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in blender or processor. blend until smooth.
- 2 season to taste with salt and pepper.
