• 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• salt & freshly ground black pepper

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients in blender or processor. blend until smooth.
• 2 season to taste with salt and pepper.
