Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 lb tofu (very fresh)
• 1 cup honey
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 9-inch graham cracker crust (ready made)

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 blend all the ingredients and pour into ready-made pie crust pan.
• 3 bake for 1 hour.
• 4 let cool and serve.
