Triple Cheese Omelet

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 tablespoons cottage cheese with chives
  • 2 tablespoons grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon butter or 1 teaspoon margarine

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, mix together the cheeses; set aside.
  • 2 in a bowl, whisk the eggs, water, salt, and pepper.
  • 3 heat an 8-inch nonstick skillet (or omelet pan) over medium heat.
  • 4 add butter to skillet; swirl pan to coat the bottom of pan.
  • 5 when butter foams, pour in egg mixture all at once.
