- 12 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup packed fresh basil leaf
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato, packed in oil, drained and chopped
- 2 cups olive oil
Recipe
- 1 cut mozzarella into ¼ inch slices. in a glass bowl layer slices alternately with basil and sundried tomatoes.
- 2 cover with olive oil. marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
- 3 reuse oil in dressing or to marinate more cheese.
