- 4 eggs
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (or to taste) or 1/4 cup monterey jack cheese, grated (or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 heat salsa in frying pan over medium heat.
- 2 crack in the eggs, sprinkle on the cheese, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes (or till eggs are done) on medium-low heat.
