Sausage Pie

Ingredients
- 1 lb italian sausage
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen spinach or 1 (16 ounce) package broccoli
- 1 lb pizza dough
Recipe
- 1 cook and drain spinach or broccoli.
- 2 brown sausage and drain off fat.
- 3 mix beaten eggs, mozzarella, parmesan, mushrooms and spinach or broccoli and sausage in large bowl.
- 4 use 1/2 of the dough and cover 10 inch pie plate.
- 5 pour entire mixture into plate and press down on mixture to fit it all inches.
- 6 cover with the rest of the dough.
- 7 brush beaten egg yoke on top of the pie.
- 8 cut small slit in center of pie.
- 9 bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes.
