The Best Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 3 drops worcestershire sauce
- 1 raw egg
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 inch anchovy paste (from tube)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 put everything into a food processor and blend, slowly adding the olive oil.
- 2 then add the parmesan cheese and blend a little bit more.
- 3 refrigerate a minimum of 30 mins before serving.
