The Original Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • olive
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • oregano

Recipe

  • 1 start by chopping up the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion and pepper.
  • 2 throw in a large bowl, adding as many olives
  • 3 as you want.
  • 4 slice the feta cheese and mix that in too.
  • 5 the dressing is the olive oil mixed with oregano and salt.
