- 3 tomatoes, large cut in half
- 1 cup ham, chopped fine
- 6 eggs, poached
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 discard seeds from tomatoes.
- 2 chop ham; divide evenly in tomatoes.
- 3 broil 5 minutes.
- 4 add poached egg and shredded cheese; sprinkle with paprika.
- 5 broil until cheese melts.
