- 2 eggs
- 1 dash half-and-half
- salt (optional)
- pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon feta
- 1/2 ounce french-fried onions
Recipe
- 1 spray a small skillet with cooking spray.
- 2 crack eggs into pan, scramble, and add half and half. season with salt and pepper if you would like.
- 3 cook until desired doneness.
- 4 top with feta and french fried onions.
- 5 good with ketchup or salsa.
