Jello Fruit Ring

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 (3 ounce) packages black cherry jell-o
- 3 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 dissolve jello in boiling water.
- 2 add crushed pineapple and stir.
- 3 pour into tupperware jello ring.
- 4 refrigerate til set.
- 5 topping.
- 6 combine cream cheese, sour cream and sugar.
- 7 mix until smooth.
- 8 stir in pecans.
- 9 spread over jello while still in jello ring.
- 10 refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 11 before serving turn jello ring over onto plate.
