Mexican Salsa Fudge

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 ounces green chili salsa

Recipe

  • 1 spread half of the cheese on a 9 x 11 baking dish.
  • 2 combine the well beaten eggs with the green salsa
  • 3 spread over the cheese.
  • 4 spread the rest of the cheese over the top.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • 6 cool for 10 minutes and then cut into 1 inch squares.
  • 7 serve with tortilla chips.
