Orange Delight

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 cup boiling water
• 3 ounces orange jell-o
• 1 cup small marshmallow
• 8 ounces philadelphia cream cheese
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 8 ounces crushed pineapple (drained)
• 1/2 cup pecans

Recipe

• 1 pour boiling water over jello and marshmallows. stir until marshmallows melt. set aside this mixture until cooled slightly.
• 2 cream the cream cheese and sugar; then add whipping cream. whip until mixture is smooth and thick.
• 3 add jello mixture, drained pineapple and nuts. pour into mold and chill.
