Ingredients

- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 8 ounces cream-style corn
- 8 ounces whole kernel corn, with liquid
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 1/2 ounces jiffy corn muffin mix
- 16 ounces shredded cheddar and colby cheese
Recipe
- 1 put aside shredded cheese.
- 2 mix first 6 ingredients together.
- 3 spread mixture into a 8 x 10 pan. bake at 350 for 35 minutes. sprinkle your favorite cheese on top and bake another 10-15 minutes (knife should come out clean).
