Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk or 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 sift flour with salt.
- 2 add eggs and milk (or water) and beat by hand.
- 3 place dough on wooden board and scrape off small pieces or force dough through large holed colander.
- 4 cook for approximate one minute in small amounts of salted boiling water.
- 5 serve immediately or saute briefly in butter, adding grated parmesan cheese.
