Spinach Salad With A Crème De Brie Dressing

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 6 tablespoons dry wine (optional)
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 (5 ounce) package alouette creme de brie cheese, original
  • 1 (10 ounce) package ready-to-use fresh spinach
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in small heavy skillet over medium heat.
  • 2 add prosciutto and garlic and sauté 3 minutes. add wine, lemon juice and sugar.
  • 3 simmer 5 minutes.
  • 4 transfer to a bowl and cool completely.
  • 5 when cool, combine with alouette crème de brie.
  • 6 combine spinach, mushrooms and parmesan cheese in large bowl.
  • 7 toss with dressing and serve immediately.
