Strawberry Bottom Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients

• 1 (6 ounce) graham cracker crust
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 ounces cool whip, thawed
• 1 pint fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
• 1 cup strawberry glaze

Recipe

• 1 beat cream cheese until smooth and gradually beat in sugar.
• 2 add sour cream and vanilla.
• 3 fold in whipped topping.
• 4 spread a thin layer of glaze over bottom of crust.
• 5 place strawberry slices on glaze and cover with remaining glaze.
• 6 gently smooth cream cheese mixture over glazed berries.
• 7 cover and chill until set, at least 4 hours.
• 8 store leftovers in refrigerator.
