Strawberry Bottom Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients

- 1 (6 ounce) graham cracker crust
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 ounces cool whip, thawed
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
- 1 cup strawberry glaze
Recipe
- 1 beat cream cheese until smooth and gradually beat in sugar.
- 2 add sour cream and vanilla.
- 3 fold in whipped topping.
- 4 spread a thin layer of glaze over bottom of crust.
- 5 place strawberry slices on glaze and cover with remaining glaze.
- 6 gently smooth cream cheese mixture over glazed berries.
- 7 cover and chill until set, at least 4 hours.
- 8 store leftovers in refrigerator.
