- 1 (8 ounce) container philidelphia light strawberry cream cheese spread
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberry
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 combine cream cheese and strawberries in a medium bowl.
- 2 add grated lemon juice, lemon peel and mix well.
- 3 cover and refrigerate at least one hour for flavors to blend.
- 4 serve with fresh fruit dippers.
