Ingredients
- 16 ounces low fat cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 graham cracker crust
Recipe
- 1 mix the first 5 ingredients in a blender.
- 2 pour into graham cracker crust.
- 3 bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
