Easy Ravioli With Basil And Sun-dried Tomatoes

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/2 cup chopped drained sun-dried tomato packed in oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or 1 cup provolone cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 400 degrees f.
  • 2 cook and drain ravioli as directed on package.
  • 3 while ravioli is cooking, mix crushed tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
  • 4 pour 1-1/2 cups of the tomato mixture in an ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11x7x1-1/2 inches.
  • 5 top with ravioli.
  • 6 pour remaining tomato mixture over the ravioli.
  • 7 sprinkle with cheese.
  • 8 bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until hot.
