Gnocchi Baked With Tuna, Olives And Capers

Ingredients

- 500 g gnocchi, available from supermarket
- 185 g tuna in brine, drained
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup cream, lite is ok
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup black olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup capers, rinsed and drained
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 200°c.
- 2 cook gnocchi according to instrucions on pack.
- 3 place into lightly oiled casserole dish.
- 4 mix tuna into gnocchi.
- 5 season with salt and pepper.
- 6 drizzle with cream
- 7 scatter with cheeses.
- 8 bake for 15 minutes until hot and cheese is golden brown.
- 9 scatter with olives and capers.
- 10 bake 5 minutes more.
