Gnocchi Baked With Tuna, Olives And Capers

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 500 g gnocchi, available from supermarket
  • 185 g tuna in brine, drained
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cream, lite is ok
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted
  • 1/4 cup capers, rinsed and drained

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 200°c.
  • 2 cook gnocchi according to instrucions on pack.
  • 3 place into lightly oiled casserole dish.
  • 4 mix tuna into gnocchi.
  • 5 season with salt and pepper.
  • 6 drizzle with cream
  • 7 scatter with cheeses.
  • 8 bake for 15 minutes until hot and cheese is golden brown.
  • 9 scatter with olives and capers.
  • 10 bake 5 minutes more.
