- 1 (14 ounce) can artichokes, drained & chopped (not marinated)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (do not substitute)
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 coat shallow, small casserole dish with cooking spray.
- 2 mix all ingredients and spread in casserole dish.
- 3 bake 30 minutes at 350.
- 4 serve while still hot with chips, crackers or sliced baguette.
