Sauerkraut Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 1/2 lbs grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup soda cracker, crushed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix sauerkraut, cheese, onion, green pepper, eggs, crackers and sugar.
- 2 add mayonnaise to moisten.
- 3 shape into ball and sprinkle or roll into chopped walnuts.
- 4 refrigerate and serve with crackers.
