- 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut
- 1 medium onion
- 2 (8 ounce) packages softened cream cheese
- 1 dash salt
- barbecue sauce (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 mix in a large bowl cheese, salt, onion, sauerkraut.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 add barbecuesauce to desired taste.
- 4 refridgerate 2 hours.
