Unbelievable Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 1 (13 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped fine
• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
• 1 cup miracle whip
• 1 cup parmesan cheese
• 2 1/4 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded,divided
• 1 tablespoon fresh romano cheese, grated

Recipe

• 1 combine all except 1/2 cup monterey jack and spread into a well greased 1 quart baking dish.
• 2 sprinkle with extra cheese.
• 3 bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
• 4 serve with crackers and raw vegetables.
