Sausage Balls

Ingredients

• 1 lb bulk sausage (hot or mild)
• 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 3 cups bisquick

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients and shape into balls the size of walnuts.
• 2 bake on papered sheet pan at 300 degrees f. in the convection oven for 15 minutes. turn after pan 7 minutes.

• 4 defrost and reheat at 350 degrees f.
