Sausage Dinner

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced thin
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 saute sausage, onion, green pepper, and celery in butter in a large skillet, until vegetables are tender.
  • 2 stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese.
  • 3 cook on low, stirring frequently, until heated through.
  • 4 sprinkle with cheese, and cook until cheese melts.
