Shanna's Nana's Lemon Cherry Pie

Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 8 ounces neufchatel cheese, softened or 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup 2% low-fat milk, cold
- 1 (3 ounce) package sugar-free instant lemon pudding
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 1 (11 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. gradually beat in lemon juice, milk, and pudding mix. gently fold in whipped topping.
- 2 spread into pie crust. spoon cherry pie filling over top. refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours before serving.
