Shanna's Nana's Lemon Cherry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 8 ounces neufchatel cheese, softened or 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup 2% low-fat milk, cold
  • 1 (3 ounce) package sugar-free instant lemon pudding
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 1 (11 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. gradually beat in lemon juice, milk, and pudding mix. gently fold in whipped topping.
  • 2 spread into pie crust. spoon cherry pie filling over top. refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours before serving.
