Sofla Lunch Salad For One - Light Ranch

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 ounce wasabi peas
  • 1 tablespoon cottage cheese, california style
  • 5 ounces lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon light ranch dressing

Recipe

  • 1 in a salad bowl, add lettuce, mango, cottage cheese, wasabi peas and dressing.
  • 2 toss.
  • 3 enjoy!
