Ingredients

- 46 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 4 cups shredded cheese
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 10 ounces fresh spinach
- 4 small summer squash
- 1 lb italian sausage, browned
Recipe
- 1 put 1 c sauce on bottom of sprayed 9 x 13 pan.
- 2 lay 3 uncooked noodles over sauce.
- 3 spread sliced summer squash over noodles.
- 4 top with 1/2 the browned sausage.
- 5 add another layer of sauce.
- 6 layer on 1/2 of the cheese.
- 7 lay 3 uncooked noodles on top.
- 8 top with more sauce.
- 9 lay all spinach on top of sauce.
- 10 add remaining sausage.
- 11 lay 3 uncooked noodles on top.
- 12 pour remainder of sauce over this all.
- 13 cover with foil - bake one hour at 350 degrees.
- 14 remove foil, top with remaining cheese.
- 15 continue baking for approx 30 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
- 16 let set 10 minutes b4 cutting.
