Toscano Deli Sandwich For 2

Ingredients

  • 2 large sesame seed rolls, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons garlic aioli
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard (i requested dijon on my sandwich) (optional)
  • 2 ounces provolone cheese
  • 4 tablespoons green olive tapenade (*fyi)
  • 2 ounces fontina
  • mixed greens, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons marinated sun-dried tomatoes

Recipe

  • 1 *~fyi~a vegetarian made-from-scratch version is used in the restaurant-minus the anchovies.
  • 2 spread each roll slice with the garlic aioli (and dijon mustard, if using.).
  • 3 next add the ingredients as listed above.
  • 4 cut sandwich in half and serve.
