Toscano Deli Sandwich For 2

Ingredients
- 2 large sesame seed rolls, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons garlic aioli
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard (i requested dijon on my sandwich) (optional)
- 2 ounces provolone cheese
- 4 tablespoons green olive tapenade (*fyi)
- 2 ounces fontina
- mixed greens, washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons marinated sun-dried tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 *~fyi~a vegetarian made-from-scratch version is used in the restaurant-minus the anchovies.
- 2 spread each roll slice with the garlic aioli (and dijon mustard, if using.).
- 3 next add the ingredients as listed above.
- 4 cut sandwich in half and serve.
