- 100 corn kernels
- 100 g celery
- 4 button mushrooms
- 1 zucchini
- 200 g tuna in water
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon low fat cottage cheese
- 50 g capsicums
Recipe
- 1 cook udons for one minute.
- 2 add all other ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
- 3 serve with pepper and oyster sauce.
