Udon Noodle Salad

Total Time: 8 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 100 g udon noodles
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • 1 tomato
  • 100 corn kernels
  • 100 g celery
  • 4 button mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 g tuna in water
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tablespoon low fat cottage cheese
  • 50 g capsicums

Recipe

  • 1 cook udons for one minute.
  • 2 add all other ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
  • 3 serve with pepper and oyster sauce.
