Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked ham, chopped
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons onions, grated
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup cracker crumb
- 1/2 cup sweet milk
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- vegetable oil, for frying
Recipe
- 1 combine first 5 ingredients mix well. shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.
- 2 dip ham balls in milk, and then roll in corn flakes.
- 3 fry in vegetable oil until golden. remove and drain on paper towel.
