Salmon Spread

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces salmon (cooked or canned bones removed)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 dash liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (or plain yogurt)
  • parsley, chopped (or dry)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
