Pat's Clam Dip

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 ounces minced clams, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 beat cream cheese with lemon juice until fluffy.
  • 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 3 let chill overnight.
  • 4 this is a firm dip. i have lined a bowl with plastic wrap and molded the dip in the bowl. turn it upside down on a bed of lettuce for serving.
