Stuffed And Wrapped Figs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 fresh figs
  • 12 slices ricotta salata
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • fresh ground pepper
  • balsamic vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 cut the tops off the figs and cut almost through with an "x".
  • 2 stuff the pieces of cheese into the grooves.
  • 3 wrap with a piece of proscutto.
  • 4 crack a little black pepper on top
  • 5 pour some balsalmic vinegar on top.
