Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 fresh figs
- 12 slices ricotta salata
- 6 slices prosciutto
- fresh ground pepper
- balsamic vinegar
Recipe
- 1 cut the tops off the figs and cut almost through with an "x".
- 2 stuff the pieces of cheese into the grooves.
- 3 wrap with a piece of proscutto.
- 4 crack a little black pepper on top
- 5 pour some balsalmic vinegar on top.
