Mushrooms, Cheese, Eggs And Ham Breakfast Special

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (130 g) mushrooms (flat well opened)
  • 200 g ham (finely sliced or salami, hot if you like bite)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese (tasty coarsely grated)
  • 4 eggs (large)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200c (180c fan forced).
  • 2 arrange mushrooms and ham in a 27cm x 17cm (base measurement) ovenproof dish.
  • 3 drizzle the mushrooms with oil.
  • 4 bake for 10 minutes.
  • 5 sprinkle mushrooms with cheese and bake for 5 minutes more.
  • 6 carefully crack eggs onto the ham and bake for 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted and eggs cooked to your liking.
  • 7 season with salt and pepper and serve at once.
