Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 1/2 cups 'shredded' parmesan cheese (not the grated stuff in a jar)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 break florets apart and boil till soft.
- 2 drain, then mash.
- 3 add cheese, to taste, but i found that the measurement i've listed works well.
- 4 add salt and pepper, to taste.
- 5 mix together well until cheese is melted.
- 6 enjoy!
