Mexican Scrambled Eggs.

Ingredients

- 8 eggs
- 1 lb chorizo sausage
- 10 ounces green chilies
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- salsa
- sour cream
- guacamole (optional)
Recipe
- 1 cook chorizo in large skillet. when it is cooked pour eggs and season to taste. make like a large omellet. once side one is done flip in sections and place green chillis and cheese on. cover it to let the cheese melt.
- 2 serve with salsa, sour cream and gucamole to taste. yummy.
- 3 note: you can add bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, and onions to taste.
