Prosciutto And Smoked Mozzarella Bruschetta

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup finely cubed smoked mozzarella cheese (available at most specialty stores)
  • 1/3 cup torn prosciutto (preferably imported)
  • 2 -3 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in an airtight container; seal and shake well to mix.
  • 2 let sit in refrigerator for at least 4 hours to allow flavours to meld.
  • 3 enjoy!
