Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely cubed smoked mozzarella cheese (available at most specialty stores)
- 1/3 cup torn prosciutto (preferably imported)
- 2 -3 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in an airtight container; seal and shake well to mix.
- 2 let sit in refrigerator for at least 4 hours to allow flavours to meld.
- 3 enjoy!
