- 4 ounces light cream cheese
- 2 ounces fat free sour cream
- 230 g salmon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons hot chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon green onion
Recipe
- 1 chop salmon into fine pieces.
- 2 blend all ingredients into large bowl.
- 3 chill for 1-2 hours.
- 4 serve topped on crackers or toast and enjoy!
