Ingredients
- 90 g butter
- 1/3 cup plain flour
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 225 g cheddar cheese, grated (or use the whole 250g block)
Recipe
- 1 melt butter for 40 secs on high.
- 2 stir in flour & cook for 1 min on high.
- 3 gradually stir in milk.
- 4 cook for 4-6 mins on high, stirring every minute.
- 5 stir in cheese.
