Ingredients

- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup pecans
Recipe
- 1 drain pineapple pushing out as much juice as possible.
- 2 spread pineapple on paper towels to dry.
- 3 mix softened cream cheese and sugar.
- 4 add pineapple.
- 5 mix throughly.
- 6 ref. for 1 hour.
- 7 form into ball.
- 8 roll in pecans.
- 9 serve with crackers.
