Spinach Souffle

Ingredients
  - 2 lbs frozen spinach, thawed and drained 
  - 1/4 cup grated onion 
  - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 
  - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
  - 1/2 cup mayonnaise 
  - 2 eggs, beaten 
  - 1/4 teaspoon pepper 
  - 1 dash nutmeg 
  
Recipe
  - 1 mix thawed and drained spinach together with onion. 
  - 2 beat remaining ingredients and blend in spinach mixture. 
  - 3 spoon mixture into a lightly buttered 3 1/2 quart crockpot and cook on high for 2-3 hours.
