Spinach Souffle

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 mix thawed and drained spinach together with onion.
  • 2 beat remaining ingredients and blend in spinach mixture.
  • 3 spoon mixture into a lightly buttered 3 1/2 quart crockpot and cook on high for 2-3 hours.
  • 4 enjoy!
