Crudités With Vodka Lemon Cream Cheese

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups vegan cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vodka
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cucumber
- 6 radishes, trimmed
- 6 stalks celery
- 1 head belgian endive, trimmed and leaves separated
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, vodka and lemon juice. stir in dill and salt.
- 2 trim vegetables into bite sized pieces.
- 3 arrange cut vegetables on a platter with cream cheese in the center. garnish with chopped chives.
