Crudités With Vodka Lemon Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 1/2 cups vegan cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vodka
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 radishes, trimmed
  • 6 stalks celery
  • 1 head belgian endive, trimmed and leaves separated
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, vodka and lemon juice. stir in dill and salt.
  • 2 trim vegetables into bite sized pieces.
  • 3 arrange cut vegetables on a platter with cream cheese in the center. garnish with chopped chives.
