Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped (35%, measure 1 cup after whipping)
Recipe
- 1 in a heavy-bottomed saucepan whisk egg yolks, sugar and cream; simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes then cool.
- 2 fold in ricotta cheese and whipped cream until blended.
